ASSTNT AI Agency › AI automation for the work your team repeats every day
AI automation for the work your team repeats every day
We take one process your team does by hand, rebuild it on your own accounts with n8n or Microsoft Copilot Studio, and hand it over documented — so it keeps running whether we are there or not.
Automation that removes work, not just software
AI automation earns its place when it takes a whole task off a person, end to end. Not a dashboard that needs reading, not a tool that needs another login — a process that simply happens: the enquiry answered, the reminder sent, the invoice drafted, the report in your inbox on Monday morning.
We start from the process, not the technology. What happens today, who touches it, where it stalls, and what the correct outcome looks like. Then we build the smallest thing that produces that outcome reliably.
- Before the customer: enquiries answered, leads qualified and routed, every one written to the CRM
- Around the appointment: confirmations, reminders, deposit links, review requests, no-show follow-up
- Behind the scenes: quotes and invoices, supplier mail, documents filed, hand-overs between systems
- For the owner: daily and weekly reports from your own data, and alerts when something moves the wrong way
Built on n8n, on your own accounts
We build on n8n, an automation platform you can host yourself, so the workflows belong to you and every step is visible. Where a business already lives in Microsoft 365, we build agents in Copilot Studio instead, inside their own governance.
This is deliberate: an automation you cannot inspect is a liability. Your team — or any developer after us — can open a workflow, see exactly which step calls which system, and change it.
Where AI belongs, and where it does not
Most of a reliable automation is ordinary logic: rules, conditions, API calls. The AI model earns its place in the parts that are genuinely language or judgement — understanding a customer message, drafting a reply, summarising a document, extracting fields from an invoice.
Keeping that line clear is what makes the result trustworthy. Numbers, availability and prices come from your systems; the model does the talking.
What it takes to start
One process, one call, and access to the systems it touches. We scope it, agree the outcome and the price, and build the first working version in two to four weeks.
After that, adding the next process is usually configuration rather than a new project — the connections, the credentials and the conventions are already in place.
Questions we get asked
What is business process automation with AI?
Taking a process your team repeats by hand - answering enquiries, chasing confirmations, building a report, moving data between tools - and having software do it, with an AI model only where judgement or language is actually needed.
Which tools do you automate with?
Mostly n8n, plus Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 where a company already works there, and custom code when a step needs it. Everything runs on your own accounts.
Do we get locked in?
No. The automations live in your n8n or your Microsoft tenant, every step is visible and editable, and you get the documentation. If we part ways, it keeps running.
How do you price automation?
Per process, after we have seen it. Every business is different, so there is no price list: we agree the price with you personally after a free 30-minute call.
What is a good first process to automate?
The one your team does several times a day and complains about: enquiry follow-up, appointment reminders, quotes, the weekly report. Small, measurable, and live within weeks.
